The analyst emphasized that endorsing the results, increasing enrollment, or any other option would have presented drawbacks and believes that administering a control exam infringes on rights because it imposes an additional burden on those who took the test honestly.
However, Lorenzo Córdova pointed out that this is not without risks, as there are candidates who will file legal challenges in a judiciary that currently responds to political interests.
